After decades in education, Kay saw how teachers were asked to do more with less time, resources, and support. AI ED Consultants was started so educators would have planning tools that actually worked, and respected their time and expertise.
Teaching should be sustainable and fulfilling. Kay's approach is rooted in real classroom experience, practical support, and a belief that great instruction comes from clarity and care, not overload or fluff.
